It is not easy to say this, but this is the last newsletter from my Substack to you.
In the past few months while I have enjoyed sharing my thoughts and ideas on Substack, I am primarily active on LinkedIn. In the time that my LinkedIn newsletter has grown from 400 to 3,200+ subscribers, my Substack has grown from 85 to 122 subscribers even though BOTH the newsletters are (and will remain) free. It is difficult to nurture two social media platforms simultaneously, so I am choosing to stay focused on LinkedIn and discontinuing my Substack (I will not be deleting it but will not be publishing articles here anymore).

The purpose of creating a Substack was to have a way to easily save my written work in a location other than LinkedIn. Since I already write my content in Word, it is easier to save the Word file than to spend additional time on formatting content for Substack articles.
